Since this verse does not continue the thought of the previous one, Therefore is not really appropriate here to begin it. Consequently, Therefore, behold is better translated “But listen…” or just “Look…” (New Jerusalem Bible). For behold see 1.6.

The days are coming: See the comment at 7.32.

For says the LORD, see 1.8. Note that Good News Translation places this at the end of verse 15, which is more natural in English.

When it shall no longer be said may require restructuring similar to Good News Translation and Die Bibel im heutigen Deutsch: “when people will no longer swear….”

As the LORD lives: See the comment at 4.2. Brought up … out of … is the typical expression in Hebrew for the rescue from Egypt. It may be more natural to say “brought … out of…” (New Jerusalem Bible, Good News Translation).
