If Job can do all that God challenges him to do in verses 9-13, then he can take over God’s management of the universe.
Then will I also acknowledge to you: acknowledge translates a verb meaning “praise.” Bible en français courant says “You will receive my congratulations,” Die Bibel im heutigen Deutsch “Then I will not hesitate to praise you.”
That your own right hand can give you victory: right hand is used here as in Psalm 98.1 and means “your own strength” or “you yourself.” Give you victory translates the Hebrew “save you.” Pope says “If Job could do what he charges God of neglecting to do, then he could save himself.” The thought is best expressed in terms of winning the struggle Job has set for himself with God, and therefore the whole verse may be rendered, for example, “Then I myself will praise you (recognize that you are great), and accept that your strength has given you the victory.”
