Or as when a vineyard is gathered some clusters may be left by those who search carefully through the vineyard: Compare Isa 17.6. An alternative model for this verse is:

• Or it will be like a vineyard after the harvest [or, after people have harvested the grapes], when a few clusters of grapes will remain on the vines no matter how hard the harvesters tried to find them all.
