Verses 23-26 repeat many of the things that have been said earlier in the prophecies against Egypt. These verses themselves have a lot of repetition, so a model that combines them is offered at the end of the discussion on verse 26.

I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and disperse them through the countries: Verse 23 repeats almost word for word the punishment of the Egyptians in the last sentence of 29.12. See the comments there.
