A jubilee shall that fiftieth year be to you: this repeats information already given in the previous verse and is awkwardly worded in Revised Standard Version. It may be left implicit here, as in Good News Translation.

The requirements for the Year of Restoration are the same as for the Rest Year (see verses 4-5).
